Anxiety and Stress Formula

A formula to help ease stress and anxiety, more as a daily preventative than an instant fix. Can use either Peppermint or Licorice root.

Dosage:: 1 to 2 droppers, 3 times a day.

Preparations:
Infusion
Used with soft ingredients (leaves, flowers etc), steeps for only a couple of minutes to extract the vitamins and volatile ingredients
Tincture
Liquid medium (usually mixture of alcohol and water) used to extract herbs medicinal constituents)
